McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center in beautiful Springfield/Eugene, OR, is seeking a Cardiovascular or Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.

• Employed Position - McKenzie Heart Group.
• Recognized as an STS 3-Star for the CABG Program.
• Practice is consistently growing, increasing the Cardiac, Thoracic and TAVR cases annually.
• Schedule: 1 Clinic Day per Week w/ remainder being OR and IP Management.
• Supportive Administration & Collegial Staff.
• Office space and necessary equipment available.
• Office has 16 exam rooms, Cardiopulmonary Rehab.
• CTS Program currently has 1 Surgeon, 1 Physician Assistant with additional coverage in place - looking to add a 2nd PA/NP.
• Call is shared with additional support from locums and is highly manageable leading to great quality of life.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Experience in Vein Harvesting required.
• Experience as Surgical 1st Assist.
• Certified PA/NP.
• Must be able to provide: Surgical 1st Assist including VATS and Thoracotomies, Endoscopic Vein Harvesting, Pre-op evaluation of patients and surgery prep, post-op inpatient management.
