Description
Join us in The Department of Cardiovascular Medicine as a full-time Non-Invasive Cardiologist to serve patients in Elkin, North Carolina and surrounding areas. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to contribute to rural health strategies and foster healthier communities in Western NC. Enjoy working closely with a dedicated team, also committed to serving these populations, where you will enjoy the benefit of working in a community setting with the support and backing of a large, Academic Health System.
Candidates will have the opportunity to collaborate with an experienced physician and APP group and develop or build upon a clinical focus in non-invasive cardiology to include ambulatory, inpatient consult and cardiac imaging.
This is a clinically focused position which may come with a Faculty appointment to our School of Medicine if desired.

Requirements:
- MD/DO or equivalent
- BC/BE
- Fellowship trained
- Successful record of clinical and service excellence
- North Carolina licensure or eligible
