Description
Phoenix Heart, Arizona’s leading cardiology group since 1981 and voted No. 1 Cardiology Group by Ranking Arizona’s Best in AZ Businesses readers’ poll, is seeking Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Cardiologists to join our established and growing practice in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area.
We are actively recruiting across the following specialties:
- Non-Invasive Cardiology
- Interventional Cardiology
- Cardiac Electrophysiology
About the Practice
- Large, physician-led cardiology group with multiple locations across the Phoenix metro area, including Glendale, Goodyear, Scottsdale, Anthem, Black Canyon City, Laveen, Cottonwood, and Avondale
- Strong referral network and high, sustained patient demand
- Fully integrated cardiovascular care model, including:
- Office-Based Laboratory
- The Vein Center
- PHASE Ambulatory Surgical Center
- Collaborative environment with general, interventional, and EP cardiologists
- Commitment to advanced technology and evidence-based, cost-effective care
Requirements
Opportunities Available
Non-Invasive Cardiology
- Outpatient and inpatient cardiology care
- Interpretation of diagnostic studies (echo, stress testing, etc.)
- Long-term management of cardiovascular disease
- Close collaboration with EP and Interventional colleagues
Interventional Cardiology
- Cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures
- Participation in a well-established interventional program
- Access to on-site procedural facilities
- Strong procedural volume and referral base
Cardiac Electrophysiology
- Comprehensive arrhythmia management
- Catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, and SVT
- Cardiac implantable electronic device implantation and management
- Advanced intracardiac mapping and ablation technologies
- Lead extraction and Watchman experience preferred but not required
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited cardiology fellowship
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in the applicable specialty
- Eligible for or licensed to practice medicine in the State of Arizona
- Authorized to prescribe medications without restriction by the DEA
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
