ICU RNUnit: Mixed ICU (MICU, SICU, CICU, TICU)Beds: 39 total (combined ICUs)Experience RequirementsMinimum: 2 years ICU experience excluding travel (strongly preferred).Possible exception: 1.5 years ICU (excluding travel) + significant non-ICU RN experience → submit to management for approval.Travel Experience: Must have at least 1 completed travel assignment (no first-time travelers).Proximity Rule: Must live 100 miles from any Monument Health facility.Return Policy: Former permanent staff must wait 1 year before returning as traveler.
