· Experience as a School or Pediatric Clinic Based PTA: Required. Will need to be adaptable to covering multiple schools within a specific region.

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – School Based Therapy Services - Responsibilities:

· Provide physical therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).

· Assist in implementing prescribed physical therapy interventions to improve students' motor skills, strength, mobility, and physical function.

· Support student participation in school-related activities through therapeutic techniques.

· Document student progress and responses to therapy interventions accurately.

· Collaborate with educators, parents, and therapists to ensure consistent support across environments.

· Modify activities and instructional materials based on student needs and therapeutic goals.

· Assist with equipment setup and maintenance required for therapy sessions.

· Monitor and report behavior, performance, physical health concerns.

· Participate in IEP meetings as needed and provide insight into therapy-related goals and outcomes.

License - Education - Certification Requirements:

· Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

· Oregon State License as a Physical Therapist Assistant
