Key Responsibilities
In your role as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include:
- Group Therapy: You will lead engaging and supportive group sessions, facilitating discussions that help clients connect, share experiences, and learn valuable coping strategies.
- Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling sessions focused on addressing clients' unique thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while guiding them in developing individualized coping mechanisms.
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to craft individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their specific needs and aspirations.
- Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools and feedback methods to continually evaluate clients' progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care, facilitating regular communication and consultation on complex cases.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are undergoing outpatient treatment for mental health challenges. These clients may be experiencing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Your empathetic approach will be crucial in helping them navigate their challenges while fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
- A Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field; a Master's Degree is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to fostering a supportive and respectful environment.
- Ability to operate effectively in a remote work environment.
Preferred Experience
While not mandatory, the following experience is preferred:

Compensation and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, benefits include:
