Work Environment
Key Responsibilities
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs through online platforms.
- Developing, implementing, and adjusting individualized treatment plans based on clients' goals and progress.
- Providing ongoing psychotherapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
- Documenting session details accurately and maintaining updated client records in compliance with confidentiality standards.
- Collaborating with other mental health professionals within our network for integrated care and support.
- Participating in continued professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will primarily serve adult clients grappling with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A master's level degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.
- An active, unrestricted license to practice as a Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW).
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy to adults.
- Strong competencies in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly CBT.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, required for meticulous documentation and client interactions.
- A verified clean record, free from any disciplinary actions from a licensing board.
Preferred Experience
Preferred candidates will have:
- Experience working in an online therapeutic environment and familiarity with virtual communication tools.
- Additional training or certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques or modalities.
- A background in community health or non-profit mental health services.
Compensation and Benefits
Xenial Healthcare LLC offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, new hires will be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
